What you will actually do.
- Running discovery and closing calls booked by our setters.
- Reading the handoff brief and picking up where the setter left off, rather than restarting discovery.
- Feeding meeting quality back into qualification so the setter's standard stays honest.
- Keeping the CRM current: stages, next steps, close dates that mean something.
Meeting volume depends on the campaign, but expect eight to twelve attended meetings a week once you are ramped. We hold closers to a 25 to 35 per cent close rate on qualified meetings, and to a pipeline that is updated the day something changes rather than the day before a forecast is due.

What good looks like in the first month.
- Week 1: product and offer learned well enough to handle the first objection without stalling.
- Week 2: running meetings solo with call reviews afterwards.
- Weeks 3 and 4: pipeline built and forecast that survives contact with reality.
Pure performance. No hourly rate, no retainer. $300 to $2,000 per closed deal, set by the size of the contract you close and the campaign you are working.
At eight to twelve attended meetings a week and a 25 to 35 per cent close rate, that is roughly eight to fifteen closes a month. There is no cap.
You are not cold calling and you are not chasing your own leads. Every meeting arrives booked, qualified, confirmed three times and briefed in writing, so the only variable is whether you can close.
