Careers

We are hiring setters and closers who want to be recorded.

Everything here is contract and fully remote. Calls are recorded and reviewed, targets are written down, and feedback is specific. If that sounds like a problem, this is not the right team.

Open roles

Two roles, both contract, both remote.

Contract · Remote

Appointment setter

You dial B2B lists in Australian business hours, handle objections on the phone and book confirmed meetings for our clients' closers.

Contract · Remote

Closer

You run meetings that were booked, qualified and confirmed by someone else, with a written brief in front of you before the call starts.

Working here

What is different about setting here.

You get a list that has been built and verified before you dial it, a script that has been tested rather than guessed at, and a manager who has listened to your calls before giving you feedback on them.

You will work across more than one client campaign, which means more variety and more reps in a week than a single in-house seat gives you.

The trade is that the standard is explicit. Dispositions get logged daily. Calls get reviewed. Numbers are visible.

Setup you need
  • A quiet room and a reliable internet connection
  • A headset that does not make you sound distant
  • Australian business hours availability
  • An ABN. You invoice us as a contractor, so you need one before you start.
Questions

Questions applicants ask

Is this employment or contract?

Contract. You invoice us and manage your own tax and super.

Yes. Every role here is contract, so you need an ABN and you invoice us fortnightly. You are responsible for your own tax and super. If you do not have an ABN yet, applying for one is free and takes about fifteen minutes through the Australian Business Register.

Do I need outbound experience?

For the closer role, yes. For appointment setting, phone confidence and coachability matter more than a CV.

Scripts and objection handling are trained. Willingness to be recorded and reviewed is not something we can train.

Is there a set schedule?

Australian business hours, because that is when prospects answer.

Within that, hours are agreed per campaign. Remote does not mean asynchronous when the job is dialling.
