We book the meeting. Your closer runs it.
The whole top of the funnel handed over: research, list build, calling, qualification, booking, confirmation and the brief your closer reads before they dial in.
What you are actually buying.
Appointment setting is the end to end job of turning a name on a list into a confirmed meeting in your calendar. It is not lead generation, which stops at contact details, and it is not closing, which starts once the meeting begins.
We take the list from nothing, call it, handle the objections that come up on the phone, qualify against criteria you set, and book the meeting live while the prospect is still on the line. Then we protect that meeting until it happens.
- You have closers who are good in the room and are currently spending mornings prospecting.
- Your average contract value is above $2,000 and your sales cycle runs longer than a single call.
- You can take a meeting within two weeks of it being booked.
Everything below is in the retainer, not an add on.
- ICP definition workshop and a written qualification standard
- List build, verification and suppression of your existing customers
- Script, objection handling and rebuttals, approved by you before dialling
- Live booking on the call, into your calendar or your CRM
- Three-touch confirmation before every meeting
- Handoff brief for your closer: who they are, why they took the call, what was promised
- Weekly report with dials, connects, conversations, bookings, shows and objection themes
- Access to call recordings
Expect the first booked meeting inside about 14 days of onboarding being completed, and steady weekly volume from weeks four to six. Month one is calibration. The script you finish the month with will not be the one you started with.
Retainer plus performance, or $800 to $2,800 per attended qualified meeting. See the full pricing page.

Questions about appointment setting
How many meetings a month should we expect?
It depends on market size, contract value and how narrow the ICP is. We give a written range before you sign, based on connect rates in your segment.
Anyone quoting a fixed number before looking at your list is guessing. Once a campaign is calibrated, a full time setter on a healthy list books 20 to 25 qualified meetings a month. Narrow markets and senior buyers land at the bottom of that, broad segments at the top. We put a range in writing before you sign, based on the connect rates we see in your segment.
Do the meetings go into our calendar or yours?
Yours. Setters book directly into your closers' availability so there is no second scheduling step.
Every extra step between the phone call and the calendar invite is somewhere the meeting can die. We remove all of them.
Who owns the leads and the data?
You do. The list, the call outcomes and the CRM records are yours.
If the engagement ends you get the full export, including dispositions and recordings. We do not resell a list built for one client to another.
Tell us what you sell and we will tell you straight.
