Campaign engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between us and the client. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement or creates any offer capable of acceptance.

Use of this site

You may view, download and print material from this site for your own business purposes. You must not use this site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, or that involves automated extraction of content or contact details. You must not copy, republish or redistribute material from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or free of errors.

No warranty on outcomes

Any campaign figures, case studies or timeframes shown on this site describe results achieved for specific clients in specific campaigns, in the market conditions and time periods stated. They are historical results, not a forecast, projection or guarantee.

Outbound results depend on factors including your offer, your market, your pricing, your sales process, and how your team handles meetings once booked. We do not warrant that any particular result, meeting volume, conversion rate or timeframe will be achieved for you.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, layout, graphics and design, is owned by us or used under licence, and is protected by copyright. Our business name and logo are our property and may not be used without written permission.

Ownership of scripts, sequences, lead lists and other materials produced in the course of a campaign is dealt with in the client agreement for that engagement, not by these terms.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or loss of business opportunity. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant information or the cost of doing so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
